Should you buy Dell?

INTRODUCTION: Our response is NO. Recently the Motley Fool investment site had their usual Bull versus Bear duel. The title was ”For whom Dell tolls”. We translated the Bull and Bear case into a list of ten key points, which we then turn into a NaviMap. The Motley Fool site also conducts a poll from readers who they felt had the better case. As at the writing of this NaviMap, Bull case garnered 49% versus 28% for the Bear’s position. Here is the analysis and argument why the Bear, at least in the short to medium term wins.
