INTRODUCTION:
This NaviMap was created whilst testing our SWOT2NaviMap approach. In this instance we had reserved our attention only for S-Strengths and W-Weaknesses.
We are sharing this NaviMap with readers, especially Singapore based ones because of a startling conclusion reached when we apply the NaviMap process to the issue of how Singapore based enterprises may be able to successfully expand overseas.
Singapore display much confidence and comfort in her strengths. This is also well recognized internationally. But our findings show that weaknesses that appear after the strengths has been around for sometime could potentially erode those strengths. This is especially serious if the root of those weaknesses are found in the strengths itself.
